We are looking for a highly skilled Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified Advanced Practice Professional to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. In this role, you will provide direct care and assume responsibility for the clinical management of pediatric cardiac transitional care and cardiac critical care patients in inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Participate in case management and continuing care, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver effective, efficient, safe, and high-quality care.
Requirements
  • For NPs: Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner and active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington.
  • For PAs: Initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and active, unencumbered physician assistant licensure in the State of Washington.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $141,429 - $208,002, depending on experience and qualifications.
