We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing impactful reporting solutions using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sustainable reporting solutions using Power BI, applying deep expertise in data, data models, and database structures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, then design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reporting solutions.
  • Create engaging and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI, applying appropriate chart types and visualizations to clearly convey insights.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues in reports and dashboards by optimizing data queries, models, and refresh rates.
  • Adhere to team methodologies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Contribute to the company's Spark initiative by delivering innovative solutions across various technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with SQL.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Power Platform, SAS Enterprise Guide, and other BI tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse project teams.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and design capabilities.
