Role Overview

The Juice Haus Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of both Juice Haus locations. This pivotal role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the growth of our café through effective food and beverage management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across two Juice Haus locations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor baristas to maintain high performance standards.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new team members.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Establish and refine operational policies to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation within our food and beverage offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to keep Juice Haus competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote Juice Haus and engage new customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in café or restaurant management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple locations is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Work Authorization

  • Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
