Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services to effectively recommend and sell.
  • Sales and Referrals: Utilize approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to refer customers to other areas of the bank for holistic financial solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, driving revenue growth and enhancing the Financial Center's P&L.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to analyze credit and financial information, with a strong understanding of advanced math functions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
