Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing, product oversight, inventory management, and customer support across various online retail platforms, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a team to execute various e-commerce functions effectively and collaboratively.
  • Supervise daily order processing and website maintenance for both Laural Home and our retail partners.
  • Engage with e-commerce partners to resolve customer inquiries and provide updates on order statuses.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new retail accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms, including crafting and uploading product descriptions while ensuring consistent and accurate product information.
  • Handle financial transactions using accounting software.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels on customer portals and generate purchase orders.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order issues, returns, and product questions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant e-commerce position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Google Suite. Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a willingness to support team members.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms.
