Job Summary

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the janitorial staff cleans and maintains the client's premises to the standards set by FlagShip Holding Company. This includes supervising employees, delegating operations schedules, and evaluating performance to ensure proper work performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train janitorial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet client needs.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer rules, and OSHA standards.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.
  • Ability to multitask, lead others, and communicate effectively.


Work Environment

This position is based in Ontario Airport and requires regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. The ideal candidate will have a clean DMV record and be authorized to work in the U.S. Flagship is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
