CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
Job Description- Lead the team in restoring, rebuilding, and preserving Colorado's waterways.
- Develop and implement technical layouts for project sites, focusing on best management practices, water control, and dewatering.
- Coordinate pre-construction planning, project schedules, and cost tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure overall site safety and manage site crews, including sub-contractors, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in superintendent experience with drainageway restoration/repair, as well as expertise in water control, river restoration, dewatering, pre-construction planning, site safety, crew management, material management, and equipment management.
