Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range, with an estimated annual salary of $73,000 based on 40 hours of work per week. This includes a base pay rate of $55 per revisit, $165 per start of care, and $25 per hour for educational and office time. Job Description
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy services in the home care setting. You will use professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State. Your primary goal will be to help patients achieve their maximum potential by providing individualized care and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and one year of experience in physical therapy. You must also hold licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in NYS and possess a valid NYS driver's license. Additionally, you must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
