Location: Home Care-Erie County Recruiter: Adrian Mudd Minimum or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. One (1) year experience in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license. Verbal ability necessary to communicate with patients and others. Written communication abilities, to be able to prepare accurate, concise and meaningful reports. Able to delegate to Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Status: Per Diem Shift: Days Scheduled Work Hours: 8a-4:30 variable Salary Range: $37.82-$58.02 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
