Senior Project Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all project administration, contractual requirements, risk management, and team progress against the project plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and communicate effectively with Field Supervision, Subcontractors, and Vendors
  • Manage Budget Updates, Change Order Management, Project Close Out, and Cash Management
  • Establish Meeting Management and Contract Logs
  • Strengthen Subcontractor Relationships, Schedule Management, and Risk Management
  • Focus on Owner Relationship, Quality Management, Team Leadership, and Mentoring/Training

**Qualifications and Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 10+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
  • Strong business judgment and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly react to complex issues and confidently take action
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must align with BE&K Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Discipline, Accountability, Social Responsibility
