Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at T&T Construction Management Group. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget variances, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation flow, project management principles, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Knowledge of construction software, including Timberline Estimating and Accounting.
