Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Foreman who is passionate about promoting clean air initiatives. This role involves overseeing the fabrication and installation of industrial ventilation systems, structural steel, and sheet metal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the installation of dust collection systems, air units, fans, and ductwork.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Manage a team effectively, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
  • Utilize strong mathematical skills and a comprehensive understanding of blueprints.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and safety awareness.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AWS SMAW D1.1 3G, 4G weld certification and strong GMAW (mig) welding skills.
  • A valid NCCCO Rigger and Signal Person certificate.
  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license with the necessary endorsements.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to operate forklifts and other machinery.
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.
Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift and carry 50-60 lbs consistently.
  • Work in confined spaces and wear a respirator as required.
  • Complete a Physical Ability Test as part of the hiring process.
