We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions, procedures, and training materials.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Certification in manufacturing engineering or related field.
