Fatigue Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Fatigue Supervisor to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects.

1. Coordinate the activities of workers to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
3. Assist workers in their performance of assigned duties and provide guidance on safety procedures.
4. Analyze and resolve work-related problems and implement corrective actions.
5. Review materials received at the jobsite to ensure accuracy and quality.
6. Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure proper working conditions.
7. Monitor and track production to meet project deadlines.
8. Enforce company policies and safety regulations to employees.
9. Develop and adjust work sequences to meet consumption schedules.
10. Perform other duties as required to support project success.

1. Ability to follow oral and written directions.
2. Comprehension of blueprints, sketches, and plans.
3. Planning and organizational skills to coordinate work activities.
4. Ability to rate information using measurable standards.
5. Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
6. Basic mathematical skills for accurate calculations.
7. Visual acuity to compare and recognize differences in size, shape, and form.
8. Reading and writing skills for effective communication.
9. Recognition and reporting of safety hazards.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry certifications.

1. Able to pass a urinalysis and background check.
2. 5+ years of experience in the industry.
3. Working knowledge of technical manuals and ability to author reports using Microsoft Office suite.
4. Effective communication skills in a technical environment.
5. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to other sites during outage seasons.
6. Shift work typically 40 hours per week, with potential for extended hours during outage seasons.
