The Internal Auditor plays a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the efficiency of risk management, control, and governance frameworks within the organization. This position involves executing audits, scrutinizing data, and generating reports to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to operate autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the efficacy of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
2. Analyze financial and operational data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
3. Draft comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
4. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
5. Collaborate with management to devise and implement corrective measures.
6. Monitor the execution of audit recommendations and report on advancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a comparable role.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is preferred.
- Strong understanding of internal auditing standards and practices.
- Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
