Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hickory Trail Hospital, a 86-bed behavioral health facility located in the Dallas area. As a Registered Nurse on our Intake team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care and comfort to patients and families during their most vulnerable times.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of Texas (or eligible to receive or renew).
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
