Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary with a 15% differential on top of base pay. Additionally, you will receive mileage reimbursement and have access to various clinical experiences, skill development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

As a Float Registered Nurse with our Full Time Float Nurse Program, you will have the chance to work in different dialysis facilities, exposing you to a wide range of medical conditions, patient populations, and treatments. This diversity will enhance your clinical skills and knowledge, allowing you to provide better care to your patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • A Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
