We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Chesterfield County, VA. As a key member of our public safety team, you will be responsible for teaching elementary school students about safety and well-being through our Success Through Education and Proactive Policing (STEPP) program.

Responsibilities:

Teach 32 age-appropriate STEPP lessons to students
Provide a supervised and structured environment for students
Direct traffic daily in and out of school areas
Perform other work as required

Requirements:

Associate's degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience
Excellent group management and organizational skills
Good driving record required
Ability to pass a more stringent criminal background check
