Production Specialist

At Lonza, we're committed to delivering high-quality products and services that make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Production Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Package finished goods in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of production equipment.
Ensure the accuracy of production data management.
Conduct in-process testing to ensure product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum AS/BS preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Boiler Operator License is preferred.
