As a vital member of the account team, the CEA 3 is dedicated to a specific group of accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Order Management: Accurately process all types of orders with minimal assistance; independently manage projects. Play a pivotal role in the account team, navigating cross-functional barriers and meeting service level agreements with swift, informed decisions.
  • Independent Client Communication: Manage all client interactions autonomously, proactively ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Strive for first-contact resolution and oversee the client experience independently.
  • Collaboration Across Functions: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and cultivate strong relationships throughout the fulfillment process. Act as the client advocate for assigned accounts without supervisory oversight.
  • Support for High-Value Accounts: Contribute to the success of the account team by leading non-standard support activities, allowing account managers to concentrate on revenue growth. Engage with account managers and clients outside of standard hours as necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Exhibit strong knowledge of products and effectively manage most client requests for ad-hoc product assistance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 2+ years.
  • Background in customer service.
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
