Job Overview

Madison Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to assist office project managers and field supervisory personnel in designing and laying out construction measurements for electrical installations on large commercial and industrial construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Total Station and/or drone technology to ensure accurate measurements and layouts
  • Update and manipulate electronic drawing files to facilitate project progress
  • Lay out construction points on site to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain project timelines and schedules to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Evaluate equipment performance and implement corrective actions to ensure reliable operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or related fields
  • Proficiency in electronic layout tools, drones, and measuring devices
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, scales, and measurement techniques
  • Knowledge of construction layout methods and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Acrobat, and Sketchup software
  • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and procedures
