We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Clinic Manager to lead our multi-specialty, multi-site medical clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and directing all phases of operations to achieve exemplary patient care, high satisfaction, and sound financial viability.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and synthesize business and clinical activities to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for business and clinical processes.
- Forecast, communicate, monitor, and evaluate financial performance and operational achievements of multiple clinic sites.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of clinical services and the efficient utilization of manpower.
- Negotiate and communicate the position of Warren Clinic within the Health System.
- Research, pilot, and evaluate new technologies, products, supplies, and services to enhance clinic operations and improve clinical outcomes.
- Develop and communicate data analysis reports to clarify information and influence desirable behavior.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business, or Healthcare preferred.
- 8-10 years of related experience in healthcare operations, human resource management, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in project management, effective communication, and coordination skills.
- Accomplished user of software management programs and proficient learner of new computer technology.
- Direct supervision of others.
- Works directly with patients, customers, and other healthcare professionals and staff.
- Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
