Job Summary:

Hendricks Regional Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our established anesthesia group. As a member of our team, you will be part of a nationally renowned community health system that prioritizes patient-centered care and quality safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist.
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, request laboratory/diagnostic studies, and administer general anesthesia, including epidural, caudal, upper and lower extremities, and nerve blocks.
  • Provide excellent understanding and skills with sedation techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation management, and invasive and noninvasive monitoring.
  • Deliver post-anesthesia care and discharge patients.

The Hendricks Regional Health Department of Anesthesiology embraces the anesthesia care team approach, involving anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and student registered nurse anesthetists. Requirements:
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
  • Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer as required by the state of Indiana.
  • Current state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Indiana.
