Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and regulations
  • Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as a Senior Housekeeper or lead/supervising housekeeper in a large organization
  • Successful completion of the NYC Health + Hospitals Supervisory Training within 3 months of appointment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
