Role Responsibilities:

As a Lead Geotechnical Project Engineer, you will oversee geotechnical projects from their initial stages through to completion, fostering innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery. Your in-depth knowledge in geotechnical evaluation, design, and implementation will be essential in addressing complex challenges. Additionally, you will play a vital role in client engagement, ensuring the success and profitability of projects. By guiding your team and managing each phase of the project, you will contribute to enhancing efficiency, refining workflows, and elevating departmental standards.

  • Conduct thorough site evaluations, analyses, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Implement continuous process enhancements to improve efficiency and project results.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure project success and profitability.
  • Guide and develop a high-performing geotechnical team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geological, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years in a Project Management capacity is preferred.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities.
  • Ability to assist in fieldwork and conduct project site assessments as required.
