Overview: HCP Talent is collaborating with a reputable Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance the quality of patient care while identifying areas for improvement to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
  • Ensure that daily care requirements of residents are thoroughly reviewed and met with the highest standards.
  • Address concerns from residents and staff to foster an environment of quality care.
  • Oversee the performance of nursing staff and CNAs, ensuring their responsibilities are fulfilled with excellence.
  • Conduct rounds in resident rooms to monitor and evaluate their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Review and manage care plans and medical orders.
  • Provide direct nursing care as needed.
  • Execute all assigned duties in compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Be prepared to undertake any responsibilities within the RN scope of practice.

Qualifications:

  • Current NYS RN License is mandatory.
