Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our team at Beckett Law, LLC. As a key member of our bankruptcy department, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate complex financial situations.

About the Role

  • Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, client correspondence, and draft pleadings.
  • Manage client files to ensure timely progress and adherence to firm procedures.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases and provide guidance.
  • Coordinate with lawyers to ensure seamless case management.
  • Prepare files for court hearings and assist clients with 341 meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bankruptcy law.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
