Job Overview

Our organization is a leading provider in the contract manufacturing sector, specializing in composite materials for various industries including industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense. We utilize advanced manufacturing techniques such as resin transfer molding, vacuum bag molding, and autoclave molding to deliver high-quality products.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Engineering or Assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to proactively identify and address issues.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, analytical interpretation, methodologies, and statistical techniques.
  • Capacity to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an ISO9001 setting is preferred, along with knowledge of similar quality systems such as AS9100, ISO13485, or IATF16949.
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques is advantageous.
  • ASQ certification is a plus.
