Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop interventions to address behavioral and social problems.
  • Provide training and support to frontline employees and supervisors on behavioral support strategies.
  • Monitor and revise support plans to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of supervised experience working directly with individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Baccalaureate degree, master's degree, or PhD in a social services discipline.
  • Board-certified behavior analyst or board-certified assistant behavior analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
