    • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as child development, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and data management.
    • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards to ensure high-quality services.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
      • Ability to create and implement individualized lesson plans.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
    • Certifications and Training
      • Level 2 background check and drug test required.
      • Authorization to work in the USA required.
