About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at Serengeti Care.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those with memory care needs or dementia.
  • Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and home community care practices.
  • Bi-lingual, Driver, CPR/First Aid, Food handler's card, Nurse Delegation.
  • Ability to develop and follow individualized care plans effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
