Job Title: Field Solutions and Implementation Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of leadership, project management, and technical skills. As a Field Solutions and Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and/or assisting with new business launches, stabilizing existing operations, and filling in for site leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and report the status of operations to multiple stakeholders, including assessing operations, auditing, gap analysis, and implementation.
  • Escalate concerns and gaps as needed to the proper stakeholders.
  • Assist and/or deliver on prescribed Launch/Start-up methods.
  • Review launch lessons learned and refine the launch program through continuous improvement.
  • Create or assist with creating standard work for the Launch Program and operations.
  • Assist with and/or manage launch/start-up of multiple maintenance operations throughout DSUS.
  • Fill in for site leadership roles, performing tactical responsibilities, including managing training, leading new management, and ensuring site transition to Regional Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of maintenance operations experience.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to travel to various North American locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management experience.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Prior experience in training and development.
Additional Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade management-level employees.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences.
Work Environment:

This role will vary between an office environment and all areas located in an airport environment. May be around dust, dirt, moving machinery, temperature changes, and noise levels below OSHA minimum requirements. Use of PPE required.
