Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the Development of Stock Lending Services
- Source and provide competitive HTB inventory to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with demand and supply counterparties.
- Understand and analyze the risks of transactions from a quantitative standpoint.
- Manage and Monitor Trading Book
- Monitor and manage positions of the Stock Loan book, including ADRs, ETFs, Common stocks, SPAQs, and MLPs.
- Cooperate with sales teams to build out the platform and enhance client profitability.
- Monitor and enhance risk analysis, including concentration, buy-ins, and recalls.
- Automate and Enhance Book Management/Risk Reporting
- Improve tools used to price and analyze client transactions.
- Provide detailed explanations of revenue sources per client.
- Improve Front Office to Back Office processes to minimize operational losses.
- Strong Knowledge of Stock Lending Activity
- Specifically, knowledge of HTB space and relationships with demand and supply counterparties.
- Finance and Mathematical Advanced Knowledge
- Interest rates and risk management.
- Quick Learner and Team Player
- Ability to analyze and synthesize risks of transactions from a quantitative standpoint.
