Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Dishwashers: Ensure that dishwashers are loaded and unloaded efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Cleaning Food and Beverage Areas: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food storage and preparation equipment, as well as food and beverage areas.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Promote a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to our guests and team members.
  • Operating Dish Machine: Properly operate the dish machine to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
  • Maintaining Dish Machine: Ensure that the dish machine is properly maintained with the necessary additives to clean and sanitize all items.
  • Cleaning Cooking Equipment: Clean and maintain all cooking equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, coolers, and others.
  • Maintaining Three-Compartment Sink: Ensure that the three-compartment sink is properly maintained to clean various utensils and cookware.
  • Operating Power Wash Sink and Salvajor: Properly operate and clean the power wash sink and salvajor as necessary.
  • Safely Operating Industrial Equipment: Safely operate electric-powered cart mules, electronic dumpster lifts, cardboard crushers, and other industrial equipment.
  • Communicating with Guests and Team Members: Communicate with guests, fellow cast members, and management in a polite and professional manner.
  • Removing Trash and Debris: Remove trash and debris throughout the Food and Beverage area.
  • Following Safety Rules: Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Reporting Hazards and Unsafe Work Conditions: Immediately report hazards or unsafe work conditions to your supervisor.
  • Reporting Product Shortages: Report product shortages to your supervisor and restock all necessary supplies.
  • Conducting Self in an Appropriate Manner: Conduct yourself in an appropriate and professional manner at all times.
  • Following Through with Tasks: Consistently follow through with the appropriate actions when asked to complete projects or tasks.
  • Attending Mandatory Meetings and Training Sessions: Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in Sanitation: Some experience in sanitation is preferred.
  • English Language Proficiency: Must be able to understand and speak the English language.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet expected deadlines.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or over.
