Retail Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office and Print Services. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping.
- Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales targets, promote our products and services, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Operations: Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, manage the production queue, and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
This role requires standing for long periods, moving and lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
