About the Role

As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and installing high-quality heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless installation and customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
