Job Title: Privacy Counsel

About the Role:

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Counsel to join its Privacy legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company's global privacy program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-contract privacy diligence and review/ negotiate privacy terms with vendors and business partners.
  • Provide day-to-day privacy advice to Take-Two's game labels and corporate services.
  • Assist with maintenance and continued development of the privacy program, including data diligence, PIAs/DPIAs, policies and procedures, compliance, and training.
  • Collaborate with customer support, technology, security, and data teams to help address data requests, regulatory inquiries, and incident response.

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded lawyer with 5-7 years of privacy experience, ideally in the consumer or technology space, mobile, or entertainment industries.
  • Extensive experience negotiating privacy contract terms in a variety of services, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
  • Experience with mobile, advertising technology, or digital technology.
  • Experience with practical risk-based privacy assessments.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and interact at all levels of the organization.

Location: This is a hybrid in-person position that will operate out of Take-Two's offices located in either Bay Area, California or New York, NY.

Pay Range: The pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,500 and $182,780 per Year.
