**Requirements:**
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in production, sales, or service, preferably in the industrial laundry or linen supply industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service and business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience dealing with unions and labor relations.
