Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and families? May Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Your Role in Action

As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Work closely with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide data-driven insights to track client progress and behavior
  • Offer valuable feedback and support to families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver consistent and impactful interventions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A thirst for knowledge and a passion for implementing evidence-based practices in ABA
