About Loves:

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the effective management of our dining establishment. Your responsibilities will include guiding team members, overseeing operational processes, and implementing strategies aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the food service industry and eager to contribute positively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment through diligent maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Drive product and service sales through effective inventory management, ordering, and food preparation.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in executing tasks, maintaining cash integrity, and completing various reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver customer orders promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment and selection of new talent.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management.
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $1 million.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Experience supervising and training teams of 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Physical requirements include regular talking and hearing, standing, walking, bending, and lifting/moving items over 75 pounds.
