Objective
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves diagnosing issues in medium and heavy-duty trucks, as well as passenger vehicles and light trucks, including luxury models. The technician will oversee the workflow, ensuring adherence to the standards set by Cassidy Tire and Service.

• Conduct test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, alignments, and fluid services.
• Communicate effectively with management to keep customers informed about necessary services.
• Provide estimates for additional repair times.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing medium and heavy-duty trucks, as well as passenger vehicles, particularly in the areas of brakes, suspension, alignment, and fluid services.
• Experience working with a variety of tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
