Schedule and Compensation

We are seeking a qualified Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. The selected candidate will work a schedule of Thursday to Saturday, from 11 pm to 9 am, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.50.

Job Responsibilities

As an Awake Overnight Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Encouraging socialization and community integration
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a residential or support setting is highly desirable.
