POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of entry-level Assemblers/Electronic Wirers. In this position, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of electrical systems and their supporting structures. Comprehensive training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
WORK SCHEDULE
The 2nd shift operates from Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble electrical or electronic systems along with their support structures.
- Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to rectify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Interpret schematic drawings and work orders to ascertain material requirements and assembly instructions.
- Connect electrical wiring between components as per wiring diagrams, specification sheets, and Bills of Material.
- Measure and cut wires to precise lengths.
- Label and tag components for effective inventory tracking.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging and touch-up work.
- Assist in loading products when necessary.
- Ensure all tools utilized are in proper working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through ongoing housekeeping duties.
- Promote workplace safety by participating in safety meetings, forklift training, and adhering to safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No prior experience is required.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, crimpers, and tape measures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license if necessary.
- Willingness to learn to read tape measures and electrical point-to-point diagrams.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
