As a Field Installation Specialist, you will provide new customer installations of the Monet Saw and software at lumber yards, EWP distributors, wall panel manufacturers, and truss facilities throughout the United States. You will train under and support Senior and Lead Field Technicians during Saw installations at new and existing customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train under and support Senior and Lead Field Technicians during Saw installations at new and existing customer locations (70% of time)
  • Plan and coordinate upcoming installations, organize travel plans with Senior and Lead Field Technicians, and own the organization of the installation kit (10% of time)
  • Work with production leads to coordinate quality control discussions related to saw delivery and installation processes (10% of time)
  • Work with production team at assembly facilities to understand product changes and the effect they may have on the installation process, follow Quality Control processes to enhance knowledge (10% of time)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Technical certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of hands-on technical machinery experience preferred
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

This job operates in both a professional office environment, customer sites, and outdoor construction job sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers/scanners, etc. The employee occasionally works around moving mechanical parts. The noise level may be loud at times.

This position requires domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time. This full-time, exempt position is in Fulton, MO. Relocation is not available for this position. The salary range is $56,400 - $90,200 / year.
