Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in long term care and be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a long term care setting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies
Requirements:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama
• At least 1 year of experience in long term care
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
