Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Valid Florida nursing license.
  • One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and support.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
