We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience using modern languages such as Java, C#, Go, C++, etc. and 8+ years of software development experience on backend/infrastructure systems. The candidate should also have experience working with large-scale distributed systems, mentoring and leading Senior, Mid and Junior Engineers, and delivering projects with material impact.

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to

  • Lead feature development, design, optimization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and solutions for internal and external end users.
  • Help lead team members and projects on one of our backend infrastructure teams. Help scale our products (RMP and the #1 Independent DSP) as we push for growth and scalability.

Our Compensation and Benefits

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range: $176,000—$220,000 USD
