Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a focus on data center projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining site logistics plans
- Reviewing and assisting in developing scopes of work for subcontractors
- Performing constructability reviews
- Directing field operations to ensure efficient project delivery
- Conducting foreman's meetings and progress meetings with the team and owners
