Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ventilator protocols to optimize patient care.
Conduct critical assessments of cardiopulmonary patients and recommend interventions as needed.
Provide education to patients on their state of disease and guide them in transitioning to home care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
