Cardiology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Cardiology Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- 1+ years' experience in cardiology nursing
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
